How it works: we take a fire-hot poker and stick it into your beer causing the sugars in the beer to caramelize\, giving your brew a hint of marshmallowy goodness and a smoother mouthfeel. Plus\, it’s really fun to watch!\n\nThe Minnesota Made Christmas Market will also be going on in the Grand Hall Event Center 12:00-5:00 PM that day with local shopping\, live music\, cookie decorating\, selfies with Santa\, and festive drinks. A fun time for the whole family!\n\nLive music in the winery from 2-5 with Erik & Greg and then to follow in the brewery with Prairie Smoke from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
