Our 300 Label Series is reserved for the best of the best wines from Carlos Creek. The wines in this series are unique; each is taken from a single barrel, chosen for the exemplary expression of that grape.
Cabernet grapes sourced from Lodi, CA fermented and aged here at Carlos Creek Winery. Aromas of dark fruits, smoked dates, smokey bourbon with notes of earth, smooth caramel, vanilla bourbon and just enough tannin to fill the palate. This started as a phenomenal vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon so we put some in a bourbon barrel for 9 months.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
