Our 300 Label Series is reserved for the best of the best wines from Carlos Creek. The wines in this series are unique; each is taken from a single barrel, chosen as the exemplary expression of that grape.
Cabernet grapes sourced from Lodi, California, fermented and aged here at Carlos Creek Winery. Intense aromas of jammy red fruits with vanilla, cinnamon and anise. A full palate with loads of dark fruit, smooth tannin and smoke finish this perfectly balanced expression of Cabernet Sauvignon.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
