Made with Barbera grapes sourced from Lodi, CA and fermented and aged at Carlos Creek Winery. Our first release of this varietal. Aromas of smoke, leather, black pepper, dark cherry and plum. Balanced fruit, tannin and oak with smooth molasses, dark berry, vanilla, and pepper with a long, smoky, anise finish.
This wine is Gluten Free and Vegan.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
