Our classic Chardonnay made with California grapes and produced exclusively at Carlos Creek Winery. Pear, green apple and citrus aromas with a toasty, buttery finish. Aged in a combination of American and French oak barrels.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
