The name, Cuvée, is a French word meaning vat or tank, commonly used to refer to a special blend, and this blend is just that – special! Our first time ever fermenting Shiraz, Cabernet Franc & Petite Verdot, all of which turned out to be beautiful wines with distinct expressions. When combined, they created something truly special. A Bordeaux style red with a Minnesota twist – all aged in Minnesota oak barrels giving this wine medium body with medium tannin.

AL
A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
