The Minnesota oak shines through in this beautiful vintage of Merlot, aged for 18 months. The wine boasts flavors of ripe plum, vanilla, and smoke with a hint of green pepper. The wine is smooth and soft with a full palate, mild tannins and a sweet anise and cinnamon finish.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
