Lodi, CA Cabernet grapes fermented and aged here at Carlos Creek. Aromas of dark fruit, smoked date and smoky bourbon. Earth, smooth caramel, and vanilla bourbon on the palate. Aged 11 months in wine oak barrels and 9 months in bourbon barrels.

A unique, medium bodied red wine commonly grown in the Mediterranean grape growing regions of Spain, France & Italy. Complex, fruit forward, red with soft mouth feel. Aged 60% in Minnesota oak barrels and 40% in a french puncheon barrel (132 gallon barrel) giving it the soft tannins and bold fruit notes.
