Tyler & Michelle Bredeson
Tyler and Michelle took the reins of Carlos Creek in 2022, building on the amazing foundation laid by Tyler’s parents, Tami and Kim Bredeson. With a shared love for wine, family, and good times, they’ve been part of the Carlos Creek family since 2008. Together, they have continued to shape Carlos Creek into a premier destination for celebration and community.

Russ is a winemaking legend and the longest-standing member of our team. He pours his heart and soul into every bottle, and it’s clear in every sip. With years of experience and a true passion for winemaking, Russ ensures that every bottle of Carlos Creek wine is a masterpiece of quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Brett Murphy
Brett is a key part of our winemaking team and is our cider master! He’s all about creating wines and ciders that showcase the best of local flavors and top-tier craftsmanship, ensuring every sip reflects our commitment to excellence.
Head Brewer
Keith Hefley
Keith leads the charge as Head Brewer at 22 Northmen Brewing Co., crafting bold and innovative craft beers that pack a punch. Every pint is brewed with precision, passion, and a nod to tradition, using locally sourced ingredients to create beers that are as unique as they are delicious.
Assistant Brewer and Packaging Manager
Dan Johnson
Dan is a key part of our brewing team and ensures our beers are crafted with care and consistency. From brewing to packaging, he’s hands-on in every step, making sure every beer that leaves the brewery is top-notch.

Stacy Ebner
Stacy leads the kitchen team at Stoke Pizza Kitchen and the Sizzle Food Truck, ensuring every dish is thoughtfully crafted to enhance our guests’ experience. She oversees menu planning, staff development, and daily kitchen operations, all while maintaining a fun, team-oriented environment. Her leadership ensures that our food offerings are always high-quality, flavorful, and perfectly paired with our wines and beers.

Nicole is the heart and soul of our tasting room, making sure every guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk in. Whether she’s guiding the team, crafting the perfect guest atmosphere, or dreaming up new cocktails, she does it all with a smile and a passion for wine. With her deep wine knowledge and commitment to exceptional service, every visit to our tasting room feels like a celebration!

Logan’s the mastermind behind our taproom, making sure every guest is treated to top-tier service and a fun, welcoming vibe. From creating a tight-knit team to ensuring every pour is perfect, Logan leads the charge in delivering our craft beer in style. As our Maintenance & Grounds Manager, Troy is the wizard behind the scenes—fixing, building, and keeping our property looking pristine no matter the season. From repairing the unexpected to ensuring our grounds are picture-perfect for weddings and events, Troy does it with a smile. You’ve probably heard his laugh around the grounds, you can hear it from a mile away and it’s the best!
