Donation Request

Donation Policy: We donate bottles of wine, gift cards and free sampling coupons to registered 501(c) organizations located in Douglas County to help support local community efforts of giving. If you do not fit into this category, your request will not be approved.

Timeline: We review donation requests once a month on the first Monday of that month. If accepted, you will be notified within one week.
