Holiday Beer Poke
Join us Saturday, November 30 for holiday beer poking! We'll have all our outdoor fires going and we'll be poking your beer from 12:00-5:00 PM. How it works: we take a fire-hot poker and stick it into your beer causing the sugars in the beer to caramelize, giving your brew a hint of marshmallowy goodness and a smoother mouthfeel. Plus, it's really fun to watch!
The Minnesota Made Christmas Market will also be going on in the Grand Hall Event Center 12:00-5:00 PM that day with local shopping, live music, cookie decorating, selfies with Santa, and festive drinks. A fun time for the whole family!
Live music in the winery from 2-5 with Robb Justice and then to follow in the brewery with Blue Loon Band from 6:00 - 9:00 PM.
