300 SERIES WINES:
Petite Pearl
Our estate-grown gem is brimming with autumnal elegance. Aromas of fresh cherries, spices, and chocolate lead to luscious blackberry and blueberry flavors. It finishes with comforting notes of cinnamon spice and smoky oak.
Bourbon Barrel Merlot
Merlot aged in a bourbon barrel. Smooth, rich, and layered. Just enough bourbon flavor to taste. Bold cherry notes of merlot mingle perfectly with the toffee and caramel notes of the bourbon barrel.
Prairie Star
A variety developed in Minnesota for its heavy body and Chardonnay-like characteristics. Aromas of butterscotch and pear with flavors of crisp, green apples and a warm, buttery spice. Aged in a single French oak barrel for over a year giving it depth, warmth and a smooth finish.
Carignan
This vintage was grown in Lodi, CA under some of the most heat stressed conditions. This challenge made the decision of when to pick, difficult. Sugars and acids were perfect, but flavor was not. It was decided to leave it on the vine a bit longer - good move! The wine fermented out better than perfect.
