Grapes grown in Lodi, CA
The name, Cuvée, is a French word meaning vat or tank, commonly used to refer to a special blend, and this blend is just that - special! Our first time ever fermenting Shiraz, Cabernet Franc & Petite Verdot, all of which turned out to be beautiful wines with distinct expressions. When combined, they created something truly special. A Bordeaux style red with a Minnesota twist - all aged in Minnesota oak barrels giving this wine medium body with medium tannin.
