Not only have we extended the Carlos Creek Winery tasting room hours to 8pm during the week, but we are now shaking up cocktails starting on THURSDAYS too! Cocktail service can now be found in the tasting room Thursdays-Saturdays, with brunch cocktails on Sundays.

Pineapple Heatwave Martini – Carlos Creek Winery Minnescato, Ida Graves Distillery Vodka, pineapple, lime, and a kick of jalapeño, served with a Tajín rim.

N/A Pineapple Heatwave Martini –22 Northmen Brewing Company Tangerine Sparkling Water, pineapple, lime, jalapeño, ginger, and a fizzy splash of club soda.

Pomegranate Margarita – Carlos Creek Winery MinnTerra Rosé, Casa Migos Tequila, pomegranate, and lime. N/A Pomegranate Margarita – CleanCo Tequila, Seedlip Grove 42, pomegranate, lime, and fresh rosemary.

Manhattan Royale – Knob Creek Rye, Carlos Creek Winery Aurora, Noilly Prat Vermouth, and a dash of orange and bitters.
