Welcome to the official website of Carlos Creek. Use of this site signifies your agreement with the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms of use, please do not use this site. Carlos Creek Winery (the “Company”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications through your use of the Company’s site.

1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or for pages related to alcohol 21 years old, to use this site.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Carlos Creek Winery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.

3. Trademarks
Carlos Creek Winery holds the following trademarks: Hot Dish Red®, Wobegon White®, You Betcha Blush®, Minnesota Nice®, 22 Northmen®, and Beerventurous®. This restricts the use of these marks by any alcohol manufacturer.

4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

5. Purchases and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in United States currency and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payments via Toast (gift cards) and VinoShipper (wine).
Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on wine once the wine has been signed for by the customer. Carlos Creek Winery will replace any damaged wine during shipping. It is the customers responsibility to store and handle the wine properly after they have received and signed for the wine.

On purchases, other than wine, we offer a 15 day return policy. For more information call 320-846-5443. We will not accept returns that have been used or worn. All returned items must be in the state they were in when they left Carlos Creek Winery.

For events, check each individual event listing for its return policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our site.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
