Our 300 Label Series is reserved for the best of the best wines from Carlos Creek. The wines in this series are unique; each is taken from a single barrel, chosen as the exemplary expression of that grape.
Merlot grapes sourced from Lodi, California, fermented and aged here at Carlos Creek Winery. The bold cherry notes of Merlot mingle perfectly with the toffee and caramel notes of the bourbon barrel. We chose our best barrel of Merlot that was aged in Minnesota oak for 18 months and then aged it in our bourbon barrel for 2 more months.
