Vintner's Select wines are experimental wines decided during harvest.
This specific Vintner's Select is a co-fermented Frontenac Gris, La Crescent and Itasca blend. This is the first time we have used this technique in our wine making. At harvest, combining the pressed juice into one fermentation tank, creating a cohesive blend from the beginning. This blend is fruit forward with a balance of meadow and floral notes. The perfect expression of all three varieties.
